Faint Pulse

Hello,

I normally post in the Anxiety and Panic disorder forum as I suffer from general anxiety and panic disorder. I just turned 27 last week. To make a long story really short I've been to the ER 4 times this year, had several tests done, including stress test, echo cardiogram, and heart calcium score. I seen a cardiologist about 7 weeks ago who said my heart appeared healthy and my risks of a cardiac event was really low. He suggested instead I pursue GERD and Anxiety.

I finally spoke to my doctor about anxiety and then to a psychologist, I started on Zoloft about 3 weeks ago, first 25mg, then 50mg, and now 100mg. In the last 1-2 weeks I've noticed the pulse in my neck is fainter than it used to be. In fact sometimes I can barely feel it, if at all. It used to always be very noticeable and easy to find. My heart rate and blood pressure seem to be more or less the same. However I've been having headaches, light headed, dizzy, vision problems, and fatigue as well. I know some of the symptoms are linked to Zoloft and adjusting to the medicine. I also have been told they come back when there is a dosage increase which I just recently went to 100mg a few days ago. It was been worse the past few days since going to 100mg.

My question is should I be worried about the faint pulse given all the tests I've had done the past 6-7 months?
