Question for those who've worn an event monitor

I am getting little blisters under the leads. I am wondering if I'm allergic to the gel inside the little sticky things, or if it's something else.

I also itch all around where they are placed. I move them each day, but there's only so much distance you are allowed to move them.

Anyone have these reactions? Any advice? I have to wear it until November 20th.

Just got to remove my 48 hr. one today.

I had a lot of itching starting early yesterday but just put up with it...I'm used to having allergic reactions (food, meds) with itching and it wasn't as bad as when I've had a bad outbreak.

When I took it off this AM didn't see anything where the adhesive had been.

Of course one of the pads took more hair with it than I would have liked and that stung for a bit.

Now the hard part is waiting on the results....the Dr & I were hoping that I would have an episode while it was attached but that didn't happen.

I've been having episodes where I feel weak & light headed followed by feeling too warm and then breaking out in a cold sweat. Has happened 3 days in a row and has happened only once in 10 days...nothing specific to trigger it. FYI - my at rest heart rate hovers between the upper 40's and low 50's and I'm definitely NOT an athlete.
