Understanding Echocardiogram conclusions

I had an echo on 10/6/15. The conclusions were: :
LVEF: 65%.
Mild-to-moderate mitral valve regurgitation. Severity of MR is unchanged compared to 2013.
Mild tricuspid valve regurgitation.
Normal left ventricle cavity size. Normal left ventricle wall thickness. Normal left ventricle global systolic function. .
Diastolic filling pattern is abnormal.
PA pressure: 32

Is there anything to be concerned about: Thanks

I think it looks good.I am not a doctor but have had many echo's.Your LVEF is 65% mine is 40%. normal is 55%. Keep up the good work.

The regergitation is a bit concerning but nothing major until it becomes moderate to severe. At that point a heart valve replacement is in your future. It may never happen at all :) Good luck and keep an eye on it.
