I recently got my echocardiogram report which I had done in October.Be great if somebody can go through it and tell me what's going on.Detection of MR & TR is concerning me.Is this dangerous? It's causing me great anxiety.

SUMMARY/CONCLUSION
ECG- Sinus Bradycardia with sinus arrhythmia.
LV cavity size and wall thickness are normal. Good LV systolic function. LA is normal size. AV is is thin and mobile. 3 cusps imaged. Aortic measurements obtained are normal.
MV is thin and mobile. A trace of MR detected.
Right heart is normal size with good RV function.
TV is thin and mobile. A trace of TR detected.
PV flow velocity is normal. IVC not imaged.
