Afib Attack Scared

So I usually post in the anxiety section I do suffer from anxiety tax I've had the similar episode 2013 2015 and 2017 today. I had to call 911 this morning they came to my house before I was going to work I woke up I sat up and I had a couple of palpitations than just a run of them and they like got stuck in my heart began to race but a erractially. They never caught it the last time and the medics came they caught it on the EKG she told me PSVT and but I have an EKG on my phone has well and that came up a fib so I'm thinking it was a fib I see my cardiologist tomorrow I'm so scared I took a half a Xanax and a baby aspirin I don't know what I'm going to do I've been researching online for the last five hours I'm thinking I might have blown a fib but it still the scariest moment ever had experience the last three times I've had it but no one knew what it was and this time they caught it and I had that EKG on my phone and I caught it as well no one wanted to believe me they said it's just during Zaidi I know the difference I know different feeling. I'm so upset I feel like this is such a setback for me please if anybody can give me some reassurance I'm a 35-year-old woman and I'm scared to death like I'm a 10-year-old.
