1. I trust you don't have a pacemaker, although reading your post I would say no.

2. When adrenaline is released, it would not be uncommon to feel it in your chest. The heart indeed at least feels like it's the center of emotions.

I've been suffering from a benign arrhythmia for 40 years, and have participated on heart rhythm forums for years, I have never heard of a rhythm issue causing that sensation.
