Told these heart problems are normal

Conditions:
Prednisone induced diabetes (Heart Dr told me on purpose)
Asthma (uncontrolled as I was told on purpose)

Heart problems that are normal per heart Doctor:
Leaky pulmonary valve
Dilated vena cava
Enlarged heart

In addition high pulmonary blood pressure

Sound normal? It does not to me.

I was not helped on purpose because a Doctor was mad at me, Doctor told me this. Because I wanted a different lung Doctor and she refused. Decided to throw me under the bus.

Asthma has never been under control. Told on ER trip, the worst lungs he ever saw.

I went to other Doctors. Plenty of them. My medicare advantage plan would send asthma action plans, say severe asthma program and high risk asthma but Doctors would say something else.
I was once tested for asthma, I could not breathe, coughed violently and given drugs to feel better. Told I do not have asthma. Later told it might not have worked because of the time of the season. Test in sealed booth. Also tested for asthma by an ice cube to my arm, did not react I was told so it is not asthma.
I have gone 5 hours away from my home with no records, my records would already be there. So I told Medicare everything done to me. I was told the only chance I had to live is move from my home and take no medical records.
So I moved 9 hour drive from my home, my medical records were already there. I was told I would be lied to about my condition there.
My pacemaker is running out of battery life. But I also have been triggered in a surgery and oxygen went to 70 and they could not get it to come back up. I think triggered. So unless I get fully tested, fully told I have asthma, my family fully told so they can help me in an attack and everyone at the hospital know; I will not get my pacemaker changed. Where I live now, I have gone through 2 hospital groups. Only one left.
I keep getting told I wanted my disease to be something else but asthma. This is a lie that my Doctor told in 2010 to other Doctors to harm me. She keep saying each time I would complain about when other Doctors were doing bad stuff to me, "Doctors listen to other Doctors and will not listen to their patients." That should be on my gravestone. I have been saying this for a while now for that has killed me.

There are various gradient measures dr's use,
on some things it may sound awful but is not really. I learnt this long time ago.
