I am a 26 year old female and been having problems for the past year starting 2 months after the birth of my son. They believe I have an autoimmune disease but cannot pinpoint a thing. It all started with chest pain and has progressed on to many other things, but nothing can be found. Well about
two weeks ago I woke up to a pinching/tearing feeling in my upper right side about
1 inch from where my armpit starts. It would come and go for the next week and then the whole area became sore right through to below my shoulder blade, and the pinching still would come and go, and with the feeling my heart would beat faster at about
100bpm. (Mind you all while laying down or asleep). The doctors won't help me anymore because they cannot find anything.. Well recently I will be laying on my left side and the pain will come so I react by rubbing/pushing on it, as I did it, I could feel a feeling of air or fluid being forced across my chest (similar feeling of a stomach growl but in my chest in a horizontal manner). It happened each time I pressed in the area until I sat up and leaned to the right. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Anyone have any Idea if it could be my heart or my lungs? I had a xray before this had happed and it didn't show an enlarged heart, but did show that my lungs have thickened slightly. I am very scared of what it may be and I don't think my doctor is taking me seriously. (sigh)
I also go through spurts of what I call internal jitters, only while asleep several times a month and it feels like I am dying. It feels like my chest is shaking internaly. I describe it like this When you yawn and your chest shakes internally (not sure if it's a normal occurance:) ). I try to explain the best I can, things like this are so hard to describe and so new to my body!
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Christine
