Thank you Hope3, that was funny. It feels good to laugh. I hate that your having depression. I wish i could make it go away, but i can't. What helps me is god first and my family. Then helping others makes me feel good about
myself. Find something or someone to take care of. A pet if you can have one, or maybe a couple of seniors or disabled person that needs a visit, phone call just anything you can do so you feel needed. A nursing home is a good place to visit. Alot of pts. in a nursing would love to have a visitor. I hope your depression goes away soon. Also have you told the dr? Are you taking any med for this? I'll keep you in my prayers. DELTA

deltacece,Im glad you liked it.I have a sheltie, her name is princess.Weve had her for eight years, shes alot of company for me.I've suffered with depression for a long time. I take zoloft and klonopin. Im doing alot better with my depression now.I have good days and bad days.I'm used to the depression,I've learned how to live with it most of the time.My biggest problem is learning how to live with being sick, and my limitations because of it. I,m always reminding myself that there are alot of people that are alot sicker than I am. It helps me to be more humble, and to not feel sorry for myself so much, although I still do that sometimes.I'm still working on that one!I thank God for people like you who are so caring and understanding.Thank you for your prayers, and I will pray for you as well.Take Care and God Bless!
