Muscle Relaxers

My dad has heart trouble. Lately his back been killing him, and just regular pain pills ain't helping. Do you think it would be safe if he took muscel relaxers, and his heart being a muscle. Please let me know, cause i feel bad that i can't help him.

I have heart problems and MS which also causes lots of muscles spasms. I take Zanaflex which helps me a lot with the spasms and doesnt interfer with my other medications. You can always talk to his cardiologist re this...

East Tennessee Hi,

I noticed that you are in East TN what part are you in?I'm in Knoxville TN I was just woundering.I take Flexeril and it does not bother me but better ask his Doctor to make sure that it would be ok for him to take it.

Hi,

I ain't in East Tennessee, but will be soon. We are in the process of buying a home in Lake City, TN, bout 30 miles from Knoxville. Should be there around the first of the year, thats where my dad was born, so we gonna move back. Thank you, i will check in to that one too
