Pardon me but I am going to have a good old-fashioned rant about
these darn palpitations!
A couple of days ago, they decided to pick up in activity and were pounding alot at a good pace most of the day. Quite annoying because I was really busy that day. I thought I might be a bit dehydrated. So I made sure to drink my water. Right in the middle of my hectic day, during the height of activity and excitement-they just disappear. Yes-that's good. I was very glad, but it just doesn't make any sense. These things never do. It is like they simply have a mind of there own. I am constantly trying to figure out my trigger, but I never CAN. They follow no rhyme or reason.
Well, I was glad that they were gone and figured that they would stay quiet for awhile. Last night I was sitting, relaxing and drinking a cup of hot, decaffeinated green tea and BAM-they start again. I thought green tea was suppose to be GOOD for your heart. It was decaf for crying out loud. All throughout the night while I was trying to sleep, they kick and tap and bang around in my chest. Boy was I well rested this morning-NOT! They were still pounding away today. Until again when I was in the middle of 3 things, I noticed that they had suddenly disappeared.
Don't get me wrong-I'm thankful. I just can't make any sense out of them and I HATE them. I'm going to stop looking for a trigger because there isn't one-not even caffeine. I have stayed away from it like the plague for years now and it just doesn't make any DIFFERENCE!
OK, I'm done now. Thanks for letting me scream and rant about it for awhile. I'll just go back to ignoring the little buggers again.
