Some of the symptoms you are describing are not necessarily too dangerous-sounding, while others are more worrisome. A normal, healthy person's blood pressure can vary widely throughout the day, and your BP (100/50 to 125/80) is actually within normal limits, even though it is fluctuating. Your pulse is also in the normal range. It's good, however, that you did the event monitor, which might show some arrhythmia that could be contributing to your feelings of faintness. You might also get an echocardiogram, which is essentially a glorified ultrasound of the heart. If your event monitor looks suspicious, they'll probably send you for an echo. It's a painless, easy test.
The night sweats and weight loss are more concerning, in my opinion, than your other symptoms. My initial reaction would be hyperthyroidism, which can cause all of these symptoms (except for the pain - I can't explain that one), but your thyroid levels checked out fine. Have you gotten a CBC (complete blood count) and a CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)? These are two common blood tests that can show a wide number of abnormalities.
I hesitate a bit when I hear about the naturopath's description of a "virus that is making your body attack itself." It just doesn't really make a lot of sense and is too vague to be a justifiable explanation. If he/she starts trying to sell you a bunch of supplements, be very cautious! If you are looking to go a more "natural" route, medically speaking, my advice would be to seek out a medical doctor (a board-certified M.D. or D.O.) who has experience in integrative medicine.
