hi just a thought are you watching tv then jumping in bed? you should try taking one hour to get relaxed, no television just lay ther and take deep breaths, ther are some great meditaition cds out there that will relax you. that pulse of 100 is rather odd, but my sisters runs high also. just try the relaxing for half hour then take your bp again. you must really relax, not just lay still. free up your mind. let us know if this works or if you have already tried it. pardon, my asking but do you excersize? are your over weight?
