Pain feet and legs, BP high in legs

I have intense let and feet pain and throbbing. Have checked my BP by arm,ok but in the lower leg, it's registersing 204/114, similiar in both legs. I'm using a BP machine and it reg and error message if it's not on correctly or on right and I don't get an error message. It reg my pulse same arm and leg. I am getting these reading consistently. My feet burn and alternate between somewhat red to normal but upon palpation, they blanche very white and stay that way for about 30 secs. Is this something that I should be concerned about? I was told recently by a doc that my abd. aorta felt enlarged, she thought, upon palp abut 3 cm. I feel so tired and my hands also tingle and occ burn. Been dx with hypertension, have high cholestorol. Had some heart issues 3 yrs ago but heart cath r/o any blockages.

els, TY for your concern. If I was sure that the reading was correct, I would def call the doc but I'm not too sure about leg readings, I've never checked them til yesterday. Was doing some reading about leg pain and feet/hands tingling and it mentioned checking the leg BP. It was high yesterday and today, altho the arm reading is ok. I see a neuro in 2 weeks ref by PCP for the leg and feet pain. I did some reading about ankle/brachial BP but all I could find was when the ankle was lower than the arm, nothing about higher. And I'm still not sure if the reading is correct. It's reading my pulse same leg and arm.

TY els....it con't to be quite high, altho in the arm isn't so bad. My top number is always a tad high, anywhere from 150-170, was rx Accupril but it made the bottom low and I feel really bad when I take it, but the bottom one usually 80's. I read the link and it doesn't say anythng about when the ankle is very high. I notice my rt seems higher than the left. Legs ache so bad and my feet con't to burn and tingle, as do my hands. What a pickle TY for your concern and I'll keep u updated if I find anything out. I know when I don't feel right and I haven't for some time but just can't figure out what it is.
