mild AML bulking

am 21 years old female having breathing trouble,feet, eyes and hand swelling, trembling in legs and eyelids and chest pain since 6 months. i went to the cardiologist 3 months ago he referred me for ECG and ECHO. ECG was clear but ECHO showed mild bulking of AML. Now from 2 months i am having great trouble in breathing. Below is my diagnosed diseases and medications.

1) sever anxiety attacks
2) severe depression
3) high BP
4) rapid heart beat

my medications include;

!) cipralex
2) rameron
3) inderal
4) capoten
5) norvasc

I want to know that does my swelling and breathing problem has something to do with the bulking and is there anything serious in it???

kindly reply me as soon as possible.

no AML here is anterior mitral leaflet...its a leaflet of heart valve which is not closing as fast and complete as it should
