I'm 23 and slighty overweight. I have passed out 7 times in over 2years. The first time I pasted out I felted my heart beating fast, vision blurred, sound faded then I fell. All the other times I would just feel my heart beating fast then I would past out. I have been diagnosed with sereve sleep apnea about
3months ago I use a cpap for this.
I had a stress test, echo, and ttt done a little over a week ago. The cardiologist was not present at the time only a nurse. During my stress test my resting heart rate was 87 then as I was on the tredmill of almost 3min my heartrate went up to 179 and I was completely out of breathe. She stopped the test.On ttt hr was going up and down highest was 125
I got my results today and the doctor told me that my hr was a little high but he wasn't concern because there weren't any abnormal arrthythmias. I know that I am overweight and I would love to be able to go outside and run and play with my kids but the slightest little excerise is exhausting. I also have chest pains exspecially on my right side, trouble breathing, tightness in my chest, excessive sweating and I can feel my heart beating fast in my chest sometimes. He says that these problems aren't cardio related.
I was told I am too young to have heart problems and I should come back and see him unless I pass out again.Should I get a second opinion?
