Hi all,
I have a small worry, not sure where to turn at the moment.
I have drank a 1.25 litre of coke tonight, I am laying down on the couch and noticed my HR is fluctuating between 42-54 bpm. The problem is, I have been smoking for about 10 years, a pack of 30's every 2 days and I am around 15 kilo overweight.
Should I be worried? I have Ankylosing Spondilitis which I occasionally take 1 200mg anti-inflammatory when pain gets too much, I had taken 1 around lunch time earlier today.
This isn't the first time my RHR has been low like this, is it possible the caffeine is making it slower?
It's now 2am where I am and contemplating going to bed and just seeing my doctor tomorrow.
