GED,Welcome to the forum. I noted that your echo report is from 2011 which was some time ago now. In the forum we do not interpret test results as that is the duty of a medical professional and your Cardiologist should do this for you. Please be your own best advocate and ask your Dr. to explain in layman's terminology exactly what these results mean and if needed the Dr. can even draw you a diagram on a white board or chalk board.
I can comment that according to the information I know that an EF or Ejection Fraction in the 55% - 70% is in normal range and if your number if correct as you posted it here appears to fall with in normal range. Again do talk with the cardiologist as I am not a physician.
Kindly,
Kitt
