Hi Skyblue,
My first child had the pain in her legs when she was around 10 yrs. old. Someday it came and went; someday it stayed there for the whole day. I took her to see her doctor and she suspected that my daughter had the growing pain. Come out it was true. it lasted for about 3 years and when the pain botherd her so much, I let her take some tylenol or motrin.
My second child had the pain around the chest area when he was about 12 yrs old. The pain was moving around, not staying in just one spot. We were scared. Because nobody wanted to mess around with the heart, I took him to see Pediatric Cardiologist. After examing him, he told me that my son had the growing pain and recommended my son taking tylenol or motrin when it bothering. It lasted about 2 years and now the pain is totally gone. He is very healthy now.
My youngest son, 12 yrs. old, had the pain in his chest 2 months ago. This time the pain've lingered longer, 2-3 days. I took him to see his doctor. Growing pain. Now the pain has gone and has not come back. But if it come back, I will not be worry because I know its name.
You should ask your mom to take you to see a doctor, at least for the sake of your mind. I hope your problem just the same as my children's. One more thing, my children do not play game. They enjoy outside very much and it helps relaxing their mind. You should go outdoor to enjoy the bluesky; it will lessen your panic.
Go see your doctor and let us know how you 're doing. Good luck!
