Low heart rate

Hello everyone,
I had a heart attack five weeks ago, i had one stent put in place but i have been told i may required another 2.
I seem to be recovering quite well, apart from when i'm sleeping my heart rate drops to 50 seems to miss a beat or 2, then pick up again at 70, which wakes me up every 2 hours or so, wondering if anyone else has been through this?
