It must be the best anitcoagulant out there - otherwise, why would the ER's use it for suspected heart attacks? - as soon as you arrive.
I would like to see a side-by-side comparison of the bleeding risks of asprin vs. Coumadin (warfarin), Plavix, Lovenox, etc. - and not just bleeding caused by stomach ulcers.
