Haunted by pvcs

I have been having pvcs for the past 5 months. I feel each and every one of them. They are extremely scary and exhausting. I recall, in the past, getting one or two a month but now they are on a daily, consistent basis. I am having 3,000 in a 24 hour period. This was recorded on a Halter monitor. At the end of the first week while having these pvcs I could feel the extra beat getting shorter, felt like a little squirt bottle in my chest, the next day I had very few and they stopped all together. I was so excited and thought this may have been something in passing since my cardiologist said everything was structurally fine with my heart. The celebration was short, as the next day the pvcs started up again and have not subsided since. They are relentless and disturbing. I have literally stopped eating or doing anything that I thought might be causing this including caffeine, chocolate, sugar, carbonated drinks, heavy meals. It has been months since partaking in any of these things, they are well flushed out of my system by now, however the pvcs continue. I am very afraid to take medication, I also am afraid all of this irregular heart muscle contractions are weakening its normal function and that pvcs could ultimately turn into a worse arrhythmia. I don't know what to do! I am currently on an event monitor which is not helpful at all because I will be pressing the record bottom thousands of times a day and since it only fits 3 recordings I have to pick and chose which ones i think are worth noting. I am currently looking into home remedies. These need to stop and never return like NOW!

What happened with the event monitor?

I had my results and i m getting 1200 PVC' s in 24 hours!!
Also had a 5 beat run of SVT

I've been put on an anti anxiety med called citalopram, as I'm struggling to cope!! I was scared to take it at first but I've tolerated it quite well!!
I'd rather be on this than the beta blockers I was given(propranolol)
