shortness of breathing

Need help guys. . !i feel something tight on my left lung and it causes me shortness of breathing with my left lung.my right lung functions normally.that's only the symptoms i have-no cough and pain,just shortness of breathing only.can you guys tell me what possible disease is this?

Guys,i'd gone for an x-ray scan but no problem scanned in my lungs. .could it be a problem in left pulmonary artery?help me guys..im just a poor and no money to spend for a check up..

Welcome to HealingWell and I am sorry to read you are having problems, however it feels to me like you need a Pulmonologist or a medical professional to identify just what is causing your symptoms.

If not a specialist it would probably be best to ask your physician; the people posting on this site are peers that may have experienced some similar issues but do not diagnosis.

Sir/ma'am,hope you can help me with my problem cauz for now,i can't afford to take for a check up with a professional specialist but what i can is a doctor with cheap payouts to offer. .aside from the symptom stated above , i also noticed this morning a small swell on my lymph node below my left jaw bone but no pain felt when i'm touching it. .thinking of that this is also a symptom that maybe associated to one symptom stated above. .also,i have problem with both of my soles which are very wet and sweaty regularly.and another one is my shaking arm and hand that feels like they are numb. I don't think so if they are also symptoms that maybe associated to my respiration problem. .help please
