intense pain in the center of back between shoulder blades from thoracic aortic aneurysm

does anyone with a thoracic aortic aneurysm at the root of the aorta have pain in the center of their back. I have intense back pain from bad discs, but my pain management doctor is convinced some of the pain is from my aneurysm. My aneurysm has not grown and my cardiologist does not think the pain is related to the aneurysm. the back pain always has me wondering if my aneurysm is growing or dissected.. ANXIETY INTENSIFIES!!!!

Iv had injections in my back, not spinal injections, cant do that on blood thinners, iv had deep tissue massage and injections directly into the knots to try and release them and still have pain, my whole aorta is enlarged from the root all the way up to the top of the arc with 2 bulges measuring 4.3, pain doc just keeps telling me he thinks the enlarged aorta could be partly to blame for the pain, the injections have most of the knots released an still have pain in my back. but the knots come back when the meds wear off.. also, tried a chiropractor and the pain is always there, just wondered if anyone else with these aneurysms had back pain..
