I recently had atempted to have a cardiac ablation for svt, after 45 minutes of trying they weren't able to induce the svt so they stopped the procedure. It is very disappointing because I was really hoping that I could put this behind me. I was diagnosed with svt during my 1st pregnancy at about 5mnth, from then I started experiencing palpations, shortness of breath, I fainted once and my blood pressure was high, ect. Now my husband and I want to try for a 2nd child and I'm terrified because of how I felt during my first pregnancy. Has anyone ever had an ablation that was unsuccessful bc they weren't able to induce it?
