Hi everyone..i'm new to this forum but not this site..I usually hang out in the anxiety forum. :)
So i'm a 30 year old female..slightly overweight (could probably use to lose 20-25 lbs) but no real health problems that I know of. Over the last few years (and more recently the last few months) I have noticed I have an intolerance to exercise-or even just everyday activities (but not always). It's like my heart pounds uncomfortably with exertion & sometimes even makesmme feel tired & not quite lightheaded-but just not pleasant.
The last few months i've had countlessss EKG's, bloodwork checking all my lipid/cholesterol levels, cat scan, xrays of chest, stress test..all with no findings. I do have anxiety and I do get heart palpitations..but I dont think my heart 'issue' is all anxiety.
I also notice I have an intolerance to heat..when it's hot out my heart seems to pound uncomfortably..sometimes the only way to ease it is to drink a few beers (but then drinking too much causes pounding/uncomfortable heart as well. Also after eating sometimes I get this pounding feeling with palps. My question is..what test am I missing? What else could be wrong with my heart that is causing this? Thank you everyone
