Angina?

So what are all the symptoms of angina?? I've recently had chest pain and went to the doc and was given an xray he said the problem was not in my chest but in my neck and it looked like I had been in a car wreck? Can angina do that? The only thing I had thought could've caused that would be my strenuous workouts. I've been on the muscle relaxers for a week now and my back neck and chest are killing me. If it's angina would it be a constant pain in my back or neck or would it come only with the chest pain? Today I tried running and I just couldn't because of all the pressure I was having. I'm praying this isn't angina and maybe just a pulled muscle or punched nerve? I'm 29 and have always worked out on a daily basis and I try and eat really healthy. Also I just had an EKG when all this first happened but they said everything looked good. I know angina can't show on an EKG but would angina cause other problems to the heart that would have showed up?
