Come on everyone, let's tell the truth here do you regularly eat out and if the answer is yes - then do you try to eat healthy at all meals? When you do go out to eat, do you worry about the fat content of foods, or do you just eat what you'd like?!
Here's a link to a site that says watching for healthy foods has "risen to 4rth place"!

Hello, Teri. If you had asked me this question about 3 weeks ago I would have gone with "Yes. I try to eat healthy, but I cheat some." I've been trying like the ****ens to eat healthy, though, and have not been eating at restaurants very often. In fact, I'm out of food right now and thinking I have to get to Meijer's to get some groceries, because I do so well when I can cook my own meals. I guess you could say I know I will cheat some in the future. However, for right now I know I have to lose weight and get healthy and feel I can make good choices while enjoying my food. I keep talking about the Mongolian bbq in our town, lol. But it was the first time we'd been there in over 3 weeks and it's a healthy meal, or can be. The vegetables are still pretty crisp.I don't use any oils, load up on vegetables and have seafood or chicken with it. I do add a little soy sauce and garlic to it. The I allow myself one crab rangoon and one meat dumpling.
