Welcome to the forum. Sure wish you didn't have to be here. We're not doctors, so all we can do is report what has happened to us, but sometime that's enough.
If the med you were prescribed aren't working or has intolerable side effects, then it's time to talk to your doctor. HR of nearly 200 shouldn't be happening. I don't see why you are exercising. What has your cardiologist said about working?
You can find a free heart rate ap on line. I like the first one that popped in Google, but there many others. You can read all about this kind of ap. It might be fun, and you can record the results. Remember though, that free stuff is often priced appropriately.
Just like keeping a "food journal," (look it up in the search box at the top of the page) you may find triggers for the ones seen in the "allergy and asthma" forum. I get first a stomach problem and then a few minutes later, tachycardia.
Making a notebook your symptoms, after you eat or drink or take any meds, might find a culprit. I found my list to take to my doctors online. I asked for the results of studies and got them free, as I planned to take them to several other doctors.
I also have a little wrist BP machine. That shows more information than just heart rate. I checked out with the doctors' clumsy machines, and it was pretty accurate.
Best wishes!
