Mitral regurgitation

Hi all and happy new year!
I had an echo done in October which shown a mild degree of MR & TR I just want to know if this can cause arrythmias,chest pain & breathlessness because I'm experiencing these symptoms almost daily? I've had 2 ecgs since thursday which were normal and a FBC & CPR check last Sunday which were normal apart from my lymph being flagged high at 4.6 also my WBC was 10.7 but the previous week I had another FBC and everything was normal nothing was high and my WBC was 8.2 I don't understand why there's been a big leap since then because I've not had an infection or anything?? when the doctor listend to my heart she said she could hear a "rub over the tricuspid and mitral area" she put it down to the MR but im not sure? first thing that come to my head was endocarditis & myocarditis? But she ruled those out and said my ecg would of shown abnormalities which it didn't,but anyway there was no further testing & I was discharged,my other concern is heart failure because apparently ecgs are normal with that? but would a stethascope pick up these "Rubs" if I had it?And I know there's a chance MR can worsen and lead to heart failure.

I've been told that if it is severe enough it can cause symptoms,
But if it's only Mild, I don't think it would.
I have SLIGHT MR, and I get ectopic heartbeats.
So, I assume every person is different, and that every body is different and responds differently to MR or MVP or BOTH.

I've read that when MR is Severe is when it can possibly cause Heart Failure.

Do you have a cardiologist you see?
I would see if maybe you could an appointment as soon as possible, if for anything, just to put your mind at ease.

I have stomach problems and they cause my chest pain ( when I have it ), slight breathlessness sometimes and it aggrivates my ectopics.
