So, this all started a year ago, I woke up one day having chest pain. Frightened I went to the ER, they chest x ray ekg everything was normal, and normal blood work so I thought it was no big deal. Prior to that I was working out a lot, taking pre workout(a somewhat heavy stimulant) and some adderall here and there. I would drink occasionally as well, then the chest pain started to come and go quite often, and would intensify with stimulant use or smoking. Everytime I smoked I had chest pains and serious shortness of breath. I did do recreational drugs which I think attributed to these symptoms, but my doc does not since it was over the course of a year. I did cocaine about 5 time and smoked marjiuana pretty daily for a year. I went to the hospital last August as I felt like I was going to pass out at work and my chest pain was constant then, they did an echo ekg blood test everything normal. So I stopped taking preworkout and everything, but then one night I smoked and I couldn't breathe the chest pain was bad and I was incredibly short of breath and sweating, the days following that I couldn't catch breath, I was incredibly short of breath. Ever since that day which was in September I've been having chest pain constantly. I've put on 30 lbs in 3 months, had tons of GI problems indigestion bloating, upper right abdominal area pain, and some rib pain, and quite recently some pain in my legs, also along with muscle spasms that seem to happen in my knees and arms at times. The sternum pain has been the most constant, sometimes the pain will radiate to my left arm and elbow. So far I've had 3 echos, 2 ct angios, multiple ekgs, chest x rays, stress test with echo and all came back normal, but I did have blood work come back abnormal slightly elevated liver enzymes, elevated ddimer(they checked for clots found nothing, and elevated white blood cell count, and incredibly high ck levels over 10,000, they admitted twice to the hospital for the ck levels. So far I have no clue and neither does my doctor, he thinks it's not my heart but to me it certainly feels like it, im in constant pain and I have excercise intolerance now. I was having constant palpitations and I was prescribed atenolol a beta blocker and those went away. I'm afraid it's something like heart failure and they haven't picked it up. I've been to a GI doc and had a scope everything was normal, so now my doctor is sending me to a neurologist and rheumatologist thinking it's something autoimmune. All this came on after I abused stimulants for a year but my doc just tells me to get that's it my heart out of my head? I'm just at a lost, I'm trying to take herbal supplements like garlic, milk thistle for the gi symptoms, l argine, fish oil, nsaids for pain which does nothing, multivitamins. What could this be?? I always have this chest pain it's really making life hard, I'm just worried I did this to myself if it's my heart, I feel so dumb, I just want to know what's wrong with me...
