carbs, well mel, I am an old timer diabetic, and let me tell ya that carbs take longer to digest. I reckon ya anxiety is kicking ya butt again, I hear ya. but carbs can sit for a bit and do wonky stuff going down tubes, esp at later at night. how is your water intake? remember hydration is important for the ticker. remember ya coping skills, use them ok. all is well.

I Have alredy put a post up on the hiteus hernia/reflux Asking Help and anyone with Advice Please
Now I Am Wondering why I cannot breathe a lot a few Steps and I am Gasping for Breathe , I Had the Paramedics in about A Month Ago They Put a Tablet Under my Tounge And What A Relief I got
So After A Short spell bloods taken bp down ect I was allowed home, As I Had A Brainstem stroke a good few years back , I Had too visit my Neurosurgeon last year who said Ive suffered more strokes But Under so much stress And unwell Ive not realised , they were minor But Ive had lots minor ones after big stroke
But My Neuorosurgeon sent me too The cardiologist ,Who at the time said all was ok
On a recent visit for xray ,The following week I was asked to go in for an Echogram??? Why and what can be the start of My Breathings very Bad But I thought It was Just the weight gain and the problem Ive just recently found out And the acid well REFLUX is that the same?? It Says online it can grow the hernia , I Want Keyhole Surgery now I cant go through anymore ,But will that help my breathing and the echogram I was sent for can this Be steming from the hiteus Hernia
