help reading a ecg report thingie

First a little background because i am sure it will help. Back at the end of august I was having some chest pains, hurt but not radiating or any of the other classical heart attack signs. Went to a doc in the box and they ran a ecg and said they didn't see anything but wanted to send me for a stress test anyway to make sure since I had pain. Went and did the stress test and the cardiologist said he saw a very minor recovery rate issue (I think that's what he called it anyway) and he thought it was a very minor blockage and set me up for a heart cath to put a stent in if need be or see if I needed meds for it. Went for the cath and lets just say the next morning I had a 3 way cabg. This was 8/28/15. Today I had an odd feeling in my chest at work and decided to go see another doc in the box after work. They ran an ecg on me again and said they didn't see anything on it, everything sounded fine etc. but they recommend getting enzymes ran just to make sure even though everything looked good. I got a copy of one of the ecg reports and have been googleing for the last hour to see what these number things mean and I am hoping someone here can tell me so I know whether to be scared or not. Top line says normal ecg except tl and then we get into all kinds of other stuff....

vent. rate 102 bpm (which I assume is heart rate)
rr interval 584 ms
pr interval 142 ms
qrs duration 90 ms
qt interval 342 ms
qtc interval 415 ms
qt dispersion 34 ms
p-r-t axis 58(cant find the degree sign) 45(degree sign again) 56(one more degree sign)

I can't seem to find normal ranges or what they actually mean so any help would be most appreciated.

bill, hi. things will settle. don't worry too much about ya numbers. esp after x 3 cabg. these numbers are for the cardiologists!!! if anything was or is amiss your butt would be sent to the doc or hospital. do not dr. google, you will end up in a anxiety fueled mess. I have had x 2 cabg, with complications, and it takes some time to settle. new meds, getting movin' and all the parts groovin'. keep strong.

Bill, I agree with Turtle.Trying to diagnose ECG numbers online is a losing cause.I have had CABGX4 and many ECG's.If Doc isn't worried don't work yourself back into the hospital over worrying over nothing nono .Since you have had CABG your numbers will never be normal.Take a chill pill and relax smilewinkgrin .By the way welcome to the forum yeah

Thanks for the welcome guys I do appreciate it. i didn't state it the best way I guess. I'm one of these people that just likes to understand what the "norm" on these things are so I can work towards them. I'm a goal driven person is all. Like after they cut me and screwed me back together and told me I have to work towards abc to get out of the hospital and def to get back to work I had a goal and got to them quicker. I guess its a type a personality thing is all. I'm not worried per se since my cardio guy is really anal about stuff I just like to have a goal is all.

we get ya. keep strong. my cardiologist was the same. now I am discharged from him, so keep at it. numbers up n down. one will push the other type thing, don't sweat it mate.
