Heart/chest twitches ?

For a while now I feel like the left side of my chest twitches for a couple seconds. Idk if it's my chest muscle or heart. I also get weird aches I'm that area. I have seen my cardiologist for over a year and he's done many tests on me and says everything's good... Can anyone else relate :(

The aches are annoying and hurt just a little bit but nothing I can't handle... It just freaks me out I'm only 22 but I am overweight

some acid reflux? heartburn maybe?

Yeah I was diagnosed with acid reflux but it feels like it's in my heart area and that scares the crap out of me. I been to so many appts and bottom line is my cardiologist says everything is normal (after countless tests) and my GI did an endoscopy on my esophagus and stomach and said I had irritation in my esophagus and gave me medicine but I still get pain here and there and it's in my heart area so yeah..... It freaks me out and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this :/

costrochronditis causes chest pain. think that's how ya spell it. unless angina I am at a loss to help. new meds or exercises? pectoral? water best for the acid stuff. give the medication a chance. keep strong.
