Hi Palmy, I wanted to welcome you to healing well forum. We are happy to have you. Your heart rate of 108 after so much exercise is not abnormal or anything that I would think would be something to worry too much about. I am 32 and have a pacemaker to regulate my heart rates. The highest the pacer is set to 140 and the lowest number being 70 so my HR never gets above 140 or below 70. When you are walking or exercising your HR is going to be increased so if you took your pulse it would be high and most likely higher then 108. When you sit and rest for a few minutes it will drop quickly as the heart is regulating the amount of blood it needs to pump through out your body to a resting position which is not as fast or much as moving or exercising.
