Okay.. I was a little on the stupid side yesterday..lol. Drank a cup of coffee, popped a lortab for pain without eating, then drank a can of Dr. Pepper and sat here doing posts and smoked four cigarettes in a row.. since I hurt so bad I couldn't get up to go outside.
Next thing I know, my heart goes nuts. I sat back and said whoa.. these even took my breath away. (for all that do not know me, nothing wrong with my heart, did all the tests, all good).
Sooo.. I immediately got up. Went to the kitchen, starting drinking a big glass of water and working on getting supper ready. I went outside to my car and came back and my heart was thumping hard just from that. I just ignored it, kept drinking water (which I really hadn't had much of for two days) and focused on dinner. Quit smoking for the day, too.
After a while, dinner is over, I'm relaxing.. I noticed they had stopped, and I have no clue when it stopped..lol.
So.. I'm thinking I did the right thing to deal with them. I DO have panic disorder, so sometimes it's hard not to let it "take over" with any heart rhythym disturbances. Was what I did right? Is there something better I could have done?
Thanks ya'll!!
