Generic Toporol XL

Went in today to refill my Toporol XL and the pharmacist gave me the generic, I save 12 bucks....Do you guys think it will work like my Toporol? They told me it was exactly the same...let me know if anyone has any experience with this...thank you

I too got the switch last week when I got my refill. It's been about a week and so far things are going well. I had a catheter ablation a few weeks ago and am being slowly taken off Toprol, so I think I'd be fine if I wasn't taking it at all. Hope the generic works out well for you though! Let us know how it goes.

I take generic toprol XL and I've done fine. I wish I could take Coreg though because it"s been proven to improve heart function. Unfortunately, it makes me feel really sick.
