does anyone know of a salt substitute with no potassium in it? i know about mrs. dash and others like that but looking for a salt taste without potassium.

Hi CursingCrohns, Welcome to healing well forum.  I dont use a salt sub since I have extremely low blood pressure and my diet requires high sodium/protien intake.  So of course I  dont pay attention to these type of things.  I do hope another member will be able to come along and post some replies for you shortly.  Take care

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was afraid of....none without potassium. I know a high potassium level can be dangerous, so I won't go that route. I will just begin to wean myself from salt gradually. I hear I might actually taste the food again once I'm not using salt. : )  Thanks again.
