Hi Queen, my name is Jen and my husband just underwent an unsuccessful ablation because his extra electrical pathway ended up
being in an unusual hard to reach location that is right near a major artery on the outside of the heart rather than on the inside....making it a riskier procedure....so we are now trying to figure out where to go from here...but I wanted to mention that my husband is getting worse symptoms now than before he went in for the procedure, and we are very worried about it but after reading some of the posts on this site, I feel better because i keep reading people saying that thier docs said it would be normal to feel worse for a short time afterwards. I'm hoping that's the case with yo as well, as you said you just had the ablation 6 months ago. I was wondering if this one was successful for you? Also, I noticed in an earlier post didn't you have an unsuccessful abaltion first? If so, I was wondering why yours was unsuccessful. I am just really trying to find someone like us so I can ask questions and find out what to do!!!! Oh yeah, and about the alarms when you go shopping, I wanted to tell you to maby ask your doctor, even your primary care physician if they can do an xray or something to make sure nothing was left in there, because that is really really weird, and it would be nice to be able to rule that out. Good luck and let me know!! Jen in Florida
