Well, starting this week, I started eating at 8pm instead of 10. I go to sleep around 10:30-11pm now. Last night, I thought, instead of taking 1 prilosec I'll up it to two, and take one end of the day also. Lets see if this makes a difference. I started to eat honey as someone mentioned, it works.
As far as food, I am not sure what my grandparents ate since they were in South East Asia but my normal diet is Chicken w/ rice. Though sometimes I'll eat fish, bitter melon, spinach, green beans....but most of the time, it's chicken w/ rice. I don't eat any other meat at all. I eat tuna, pasta sometimes, but not often.
I am 5'10" and weigh, last time I checked, 135 I think. I lost some weight due to 6 months of house construction, about 10 lbs. I did gain some weight 2 years ago suddenly because I was underweight and I started working out everyday and gained some mean, which is good because I became normal weight. I have to start that again. But for me, weight loss is not good since I'm not overweight.
But also, I am told I have IBS...but I'll be going to Gastrologist in 2 weeks for the first time.
