Welcome to HealingWell. I am concerned about the vomiting and I would like to see you find the reason for this every morning as vomiting is a symptom of many disorders. I am sure your anxiety is on the rise as you are going through a rough time.
Relaxation exercises are techniques to relax muscles and relieve tension by using controlled breathing and muscle flexing. They usually involve sitting down in a comfortable chair, closing your eyes and systematically tensing and relaxing different muscle groups in your body, usually starting with the legs and feet.
I use this method of relaxing when my anxiety is getting out of control. This is something you can do just about anywhere. You can do it at work, on a plane, at the mall…………just take a few minutes to concentrate on relaxing your whole body and keep telling yourself you are ok. Nothing bad is going to happen to you. You are safe.
