Hi, yesterday I was diagnosed with severe gastroparesis. I have not been able to keep any food down at all for a long time and was hoping somebody had some suggestions or good rerciepes to help me. Any tricks that help? How do you deal on a every day basis?

Hey there, sorry you have this horrible condition. I have had this for 5 years now. It's really hard living with this, I still don't know what to eat after all these years. I usually eat very small meals throughout the day. Lettuce is really hard to digest. I do pretty well with steamed veggies and some fruits. Dairy is really hard on me, I stay away from that as much as I can. Its really trial and error.

Here is a site for eating with gastroparesis. I skimmed it, but it might be helpful to you.
