13 years past sucessful nissen surgery. Took Cipro then Bactrim last week now my stomach is on fire

I had a successful Nissen 13 years. Last week I had sinus infection and uti. Dr. put me on Cipro and within 24 hours I had flu like symptoms. Dr. changed me to Bactrim. I still had nausea with the Bactrim. Yesterday I quit taking the Bactrim, because I was tired of feeling nauseous and felt better after discontinuing the medication. This morning I woke up with my stomach on fire. Anyone else had problems with antibiotics? I've taken Cipro and other antibiotics before, but never have had this reaction. My stomach also feels like it is full of water and sloshes.

Note- Since surgery I still have food, especially chicken that will feel stuck in my throat if I do not chew it well. I haven't been able to vomit since surgery and rarely belch. Gas can be a problem too, but I am also a 49 yr. old female ;-), but overall my surgery has been successful with only a few bouts of heartburn over the years that clear up with a couple of days of Prilosec(or similar med). I do have to keep my weight down and if I do not exercise(a little) I sometimes don't feel well. Stress and anxiety can also cause a heartburn flare up, especially if I haven't been exercising and put on weight.

13 years ago and your surgery has been a success every since, that is awesome.  The anticiotics may have caused you stomach problems.  I would have a recheck with your physician but try to stay in the moment and do not anticipate the worse case scenario.
