What supplements do you take for GERD?

I've had mixed results with supplements and wanted to share my findings over the past year. I would like to hear what supplements you had success with, and what you would personally recommend.

I have literally spent thousands over the past year trying various natural herbs.

The following had positive effects:

- Heartburn Free
- Reflux Away
- inner health plus
- Calcium supplement
- chamomile tea

The following had minimal effect:
- mastic gum
- manuka honey
- colloidal silver
- DGL licorice
- Wei Tei 999
- Wei Te Ling
- siberian pine nut oil
- gastratax
- astritin

Perksie, are you taking any PPI pills at the same time when you try those Natural herbs?

Also, I spent $25 dollar for some manuku honey, but it its not labeled UMF, so I dont know the strength of that one, but it seems the higher (20+) the UMF rating it is, the better the result, how long have you been taking it and which UMF rating is your manuku honey? I am preparing to buy some 25+ UMF manuku honey, so I would like to see what your opinion is before purchasing it.

I am taking Nexium 40g now, Aloe Vera juice and manuku honey at this time.

I think my gastritis or ucler is healing, I still experiencing minor nausea, sore throat tho, I also have pain behind my ear, might be from the acid, not sure. Is it common? I never had heartburn tho.
