I would recommend checking with your pharmacist re any drug interactions between Zantac and Zofran. To the best of my knowledge people use these two medications together.

I don't know of any problem with Zantac and Zofran, but you have to be careful with taking Zofran with Trazodone (on your list) because the combination can trigger seratonin syndrome.

There's a decent list of drugs that taken alone or in combination can cause seratonin syndrome in Wikipedia. Trazodone alone gave me restless legs, pain in legs.

If you start to get clonic contractions in your muscles (I notice it in my thighs.), cut your dose and/or take diazepam. I do both. Check with your MD, because I surely am NOT one.
