Just nausea?

I've had GERD in the past (nausea, reflux, gas, etc., etc.) and was on aciphex for 5 years. After I got into menopause, I discovered I didn't need the aciphex any more. I was doing perfect for a long time. Recently, I started getting really nauseous all the time again (and burping alot). I'm cutting back on carbs and trying to avoid those things that are hard on my stomach. My question is: Does GERD ever present itself with just mostly nausea?
Does H. pylori ever present as just nausea?
This got really bad really fast and it doesn't make sense to me.
I have low vitamin D levels and have been taking 4,000 mg of D3 a day. I started thinking maybe that's just too hard on my stomach.
Anyone else notice that vitamins are extra rough on their stomachs?

I've had GERD about 10 years but this time really have had a lot of nausea, caused by specific foods (almost all fats).

Did abdominal ultrasound and found no stones but some polyps in my gallbladder. Any kind of vitamin makes me very nauseous. Am investigating taking different forms to see what difference that might make. I found yogurt seems to really help the nausea, and ginger tea.

Of course, I am not enthusiastic about having the GB removed but that is always a potential culprit. My understanding is that GERD can present a number of different ways; my mother has Barretts and has almost no symptoms, just a hoarse voice.

But am very aware of that sneaky gallbladder

I suspected my gallbladder for awhile, but my hidascan was normal. It would be great to find a gentler way of taking vitamins.

My doc told me to take Liquid vitamins instead 'cos it is easier on the stomach, I also have nausea and sour stomach. I take Super Multi, Vital Earth minerals and it is much better. I have just seen on the web there is a liquid form for vitamin D and also they sell it in drops

I also heard that vitamins should only be taken with or shortly after the food. Yes HPylori can definitely present as only nausea. Do a breath test, takes 15 minutes. Also your GERD might be back, especially because you have a lot of burping.

I also have a really hard time with vitamins I am taking the chewable viactive vitamins right now and I seem to do ok with them... I used to take a prenantal vitamin sold at walmart but they don't have them anymore ...I also get very nauseated when I eat fats I had the gallbladder test it was an ultrasound test and my gallbladder looked fine ....I never knew that burps were part of GERD symptoms...matter of fact when I heard that your unable to burp after nissen surgery I told my husband that would be awful for me because I need to burp often ...

If it don't go up it, goes down when it comes to burps.

I've had my gallbladder removed and had my TIF done on May 10 2010.  I am still nauseous most of the day.  It seems to occur after I eat foods that I am not supose to eat bec/ of GERD.  Although my Dr. says I should be able to eat anything w/o any problems.  He can't figure me out.  I am going for another scope on Aug 10th.

I experience a lot of nausea too. The best thing for me is to take digestive enzymes and to drink a glass of water with 2 capfuls of cider vinegar in it. Also raw almonds helps a lot too. I also think camomile tea works too.
