Is low acid coffee ok to use for gerd? Has anyone tried it, and what do you think?
Desperately wanting coffee!

Hi Nolique,
There are several coffees that have low acid. One in particular is really good. www.healthwisecoffee.com . Can drink quite a bit without problems, and great taste. Others you might look at also are Puroast, and Hevla, which I've also tried. But HealthWise is better to my taste.
Good luck!

We have the puroast brand here (at the grocery store). I thought I would try it. It is great to find out about the other brands too. Sometimes I get nervous about trying coffee again after having the gastritis issue, but it is so hard not to have some caffeine each day to stay moving! The green tea doesn't cut it sometimes! :(
