You may want to try the search feature in the dark blue strip near the top of the forum. Type in your query and I know you will find old threads with info re your question.

I'm a fan of a la natural. My magic formula that works for me is ACV with every meal (or lemon in water) aloe vera juice morning and night and digestive enzymes with each meal. Chewing raw almonds is great for getting rid of that hearburn feeling but take care that they are raw not roasted. You can also try natural yoghurt if you can get it organic is best and finally New Zealand Manuka honey.

There are several so-called 'alkaline' foods that can relieve acid reflux. Here's a list:

I've had great success stopping acid reflux in just a few minutes using watermelon, sweet potatoes, fresh raw green kale, yams, onions, cantaloupe, or calcium supplements.

Tinysmom ACV is Apple Cider Vinegar. I drink this (two capfuls to a glass of water) with every meal. It tastes like having lemon juice in your water and seems to wok well for me.
