liquid suggestions:
yogurt, jello, muscle milk, boost, ensure, slimfast, soups, broths, popsicles, ice cream, custards
Soft foods:
watery Grits, vienna sausages, scrambled eggs (with milk or water adds to make extra soft), baked fish, crackers (chew well), ground beef (but small pieces)
The main thing is keep the serving size 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup big.
