Thanks All, I am good.
My MIL is in the hospital with her CHF and has not been doing well. She is 85 and has bad heart disease but is not a candidate for any surgery so I will be off and online. It is only the first week of 2011 The physicians are setting her up for pallitive care at home so she should be back home perhaps on Monday or Tuesday. A hospital bed is ordered along with home oxygen and many other things.
As the nurse in the family I will be trying to help her as much as possible.
Yesterday my neice ( only blood relative ) had a D & C. She was 7 weeks pregnant and on ultrasound on Thursday there was no heartbeat. She had called me and was sobbing. How I wish I lived closer to her so I could have been with her. It was her Mom, my sister, that died of ovarian cancer in 2009.
To top it off my daughter's brother-in-law found out on Monday he has gallbladder cancer when he had his gallbladder removed on New Year's Day............OK enough on the not so good news.
Thanks Denise - you are so appreciated and I agree, we need a cruise too.
Joy, how is PT going for you ? I sincerely hope it is helping.
Janice, I read your other thread and glad to know you are talking with your surgeon's office.

To everyone join in this thread as everyone is welcome.

Kitt
